Utilizing a wide variety of postures & rhythmic breath instruction, this class moves at a moderate pace with ample room to learn, explore & deepen your practice. A twist on traditional vinyasa! In this class, you'll explore the familiar through modified sequences and adaptations of classic flows. Aimed to get you out of your head and into your body as you mindfully move and groove to a playlist that is consciously curated to elevate your practice.
While this class is suitable for most able bodied adults, we recommend it for those who are familiar with athletic or movement activity. It's a 3.5 on our scale of 5 for difficulty.
