Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 500 hours, Karan finds her greatest inspiration from Anusara Yoga in its approach to heart opening & “optimal alignment” in the body through a combined effort of strengthening and releasing.

On the water and on the trail, Karan is right at home in the great outdoors.  She specializes in creating yoga experiences that combine with or complement all your favorite places to be.

RYT 200 Certified in Yoga Therapy, Karan aims to bring you to a place of BALANCE in your body, believing that this
shift will ultimately bring you to a place of balance in all aspects of your life.
